Gemma Roe

As seen on Dragons' Den in 2011.  Gemma and her business partner secured an offer of investment from Theo Paphitis for the small circular garden buildings firm called 'O-Pod'.

With a corporate background in Aviation Logistics and Finance, Gemma became an entrepreneur in her early thirties, upon discovering a life-long passion for environmental initiatives and eco-buildings. Gemma left the corporate world after several years of travelling in Asia, Australia and New Zealand and retrained as a commercial interior designer on her return to the UK.

Now recognised as the founder and designer of the "Rotunda Roundhouse". She has since gained two prestigious Awards, founded two further local initiatives, written a book about start-ups and continues to coach others through her "Go Rogue" philosophy.

Gemma believes that every single one of us is here on this planet to contribute something.

This could be an idea, a way of being or a philosophy. The best of it is, that it can definitely be brought into existence through the vehicle of business. You can be PAID for what you love to do. If you can monetise it.

As an enthusiastic ambassador for human creativity, Gemma wishes to help as many people as possible to build businesses which can support their lifestyles and free them from employment. Her coachees not only gain the benefit of her experience but can utilise her skills in sales and marketing to gain a foothold for their first rung on the ladder.

Her philosophy is founded on the belief that most of us are trapped; working in the wrong profession.

She's been there. 

But it's never too late. We can start again. When we are doing what we love, we thrive, we make more money, we improve our mental health and we lift other people up as we share our journey with them. Anyone can unearth the ability to create and grow their own businesses.... and, more importantly, free themselves from employment to live a life which works for them, not the other way round.

Gemma has worked with numerous coaches in the past. She's seen the good, the bad and the ugly. Some were a great fit. Others were terrible. Her most recent coach, Nick Williams was integral to her breaking free from her comfort zone to focus on her writing, speaking and coaching career. As a passionate advocate of self-development and life long learning, Gemma has graduated from Seth Godin's AltMBA Leadership Course which has enabled her to further develop her skills as a coach. Let's just say, Gemma has been on both sides of the table and understands what seperates a great coach from a mediocre one. You're in safe hands.
