I’m Gemma — coach, writer, and member of the EMCC. I work with values-driven women navigating the tender, electric space between who they have been and who they are becoming.
My approach is part strategy, part soul: rooted in evidence-based coaching, deep listening, and the unshakeable belief that you already hold the answers. My job is to help you hear them.
